Look for a good ground in a #5 ESS office

1. The #5 ESS office. Has a floating ground and the bus bar does not provide a good earth ground.
2. A good earth ground is needed when working with a #5 ESS office. Look for a hook up to a power neutral.
3. Sometimes this might mean laying out a station wire. Hook the power neutral up to the station wire with a Fargo clamp. Use all the wires in the station wire together as one.
4. This is a good practice when you cannot test the ground you are using.
